Video Tours are a daily occurence for me - Of course I use them to market a property that I've been hired to sell, but also to show properties to potential buyers who are out of town, or just want to narrow down their options and save time before they get here.

There are several different kinds of video tours - those typically used for marketing that provide you a quick overview and lures you to see more. And those that are more personal where I look deeper into a property so you can see every scratch and blemish. I do NOT hire out for these videos - I do them myself (so I can get them to you usually the same day).
